pretty nice the only thing is the wifi is not in all the rooms or doesn't reach them. we stayed on the third floor and only got service on the first and barely on second floors

Esto aqui no es para turistas, ni menos para familia

La habitacion no es la de las fotos. Es tipo motel ordinario, el Check In es una odisea pq la chica en recepción no era organizada y sin prioridades. NO ACEPTAN TARJETAS CREDITO NI DEBITO... un verdadero caos, gente esperando prolongado tiempo. Entiendo que es un soberano engaño y las plataformas deberian sacar este hotel de sus ofrecimientos.

realice la reserva por medio de ustedes y cuando llegue al hotel dijeron no conocer esta aplicacion para reservar .... no me aceptaron la reserva tuve que tomar una habitacion pequeña porque estaba con mis hijas y cansados del viaje .. y aun asi llevaba 5 horas en el hotel y que debia irme ..osea cero consideracion tuvimos que exigir el cumplimiento...

Me gusto que era un lugar trnquilo, pero no limpiaban el cuarto todo los dia y tenia que ir todo los dia a pedir toalla y papel higienico ya que no le daban matenimiento mietras no estabamos en la habitacion.

Estafa total

Buenas noches El hotel estafa a sus clientes puesto que las fotos son de hace más de diez años cuando el hotel contaba con buenas instalaciones, todo con respecto al hotel es viejo y en mal estado. Zona húmeda tampoco tenia y refieren que si tienen. La Atención de las recepcionistas es súper malo, son groseras y no saben atender a una persona. Los desayunos súper malos y siempre lo mismo. Adicionalmente salimos 15 minutos tarde a entregar la habitación y nos cobraron una multa. Hoteles.com debería supervisar las fotos que envía. Los hoteles para que no engañen a sus clientes Gracias

Las imágenes que muestran no son del todo reales. El desayuno creo es algo pobre. El nombre es confuso, pues se llama Hotel Medellín la 33 - Hotel Medellín 33 - Hotel Medellín Conquest, Tres viajes hice en taxi y los conductores no tenían claro donde esta el hotel. El nombre del hotel no es visible y la entrada de ingreso es algo estrecha.

Las habitaciones no eranss mejores. Las almohadas incómodas, cobija solo una y no de buena calidad y el mayor defecto estaba en el baño, ya que el retrete no tenía tapa y el área de ducha no tenía puerta o cortina y eso generaba que el resto del baño se llenara de agua
