The property is conveniently located close to the stadium. If you’re in town for a sporting event or a concert, this place is perfect. The rooms are comfortable, the bedding was clean and the bathroom was clean. Other surfaces such as tables, doors, walls, windows, super dirty. The rooms are in dire need of maintenance. I would stay again for a night or two for an event at the nearby sport complex, otherwise I would not.

The hotel needs significant improvements to meet international standards; beds are in very poor condition with wires felt through the mattress, breakfast buffet lacks variety with no eggs to order, omelets, or even a toaster, and rooms have no safe, hair dryer, or body lotion. I liked the renovation of the hotel, room was clean but the bed mattress was little hard to sleep on. The thing I didn’t liked was that in my Expedia App said that I would qualify to Room Upgrade. When I asked at Check-in I was told that my room was “already upgraded to the best room” , but instead I got a Standard Room so nothing was upgraded. And I know so because this was the 3rd time that I’m staying at that specific hotel in Medellin and I stayed once in a bigger room.
