"Great location, easy to find. Breakfast was great. So much choice with food. If you dont drink black tea or berber tea there are no other options (tea drinkers). The restaurant at the hotel serves great food. Pizzas salads etc. My only complaint is that milkshakes are on the menu but in five days we could only have them once. Everyday they would say "no milkshakes" yet they could make iced mochas? The pool area is beautiful. The pool life guard just sits around. The pool had lots of dead flies around the edges and floating around ..saw him clean it once...could do it more often. Its also freezing cold! The sunbathing area doesnt have many loungers and due to the courtyard design only gets the sun a few hours a day. Its a shame there is not a roof terrace to sunbathe. The room was pleasant, comfortable but basic. Could have done with a bin in the bedroom and a mini fridge to keep water cold. Bedside tables only big enough for the lamp and not enough sockets to have lamp on and charge phone by bed. House keeping would knock at strange times 8.30am or 9pm at night. They would take the dirty towels but not give us clean ones til later. They only cleaned the room once in 6 days and never took rubbish or empty glasses/bowls from the restaurant. Overall it was good value for money. More of a hotel feel than the riad experience I'd had at other establishments."

"Initially, I was hesitant about our decision to stay at the Riad instead of our usual chain hotel. However, as soon as we stepped into the hotel, we felt like we had found our own home. The staff, from the housekeeper to the management, were incredibly friendly and treated us like family. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The room and bathroom were smaller than we had anticipated, but we didn’t mind. The location was very convenient, right next to the shops. We were a bit sad to leave, as we had truly enjoyed our stay. The environment and atmosphere were lively and welcoming. We want to express our gratitude to Said, Amin, Hakim, and Oman. We wish we could remember everyone’s name, but we want to thank them all for taking care of us. We definitely plan to return and recommend the Riad to our family and friends. We had an absolute blast and will never forget our stay!"

"We highly enjoyed our stay at Riad Andallaspa. The building was beautiful, it had several different sitting areas and a spa we unfortunately didn’t have the opportunity to visit but heard from other guests it was great. Abdullah, the daytime concierge, spoke perfect English and was extremely helpful in navigating the city and helping us with bookings. He booked a camel ride in the Sahara trip for us and arranged everything including the driver, Riad stays and much more. Houcin, our driver on the Sahara excursion, was everything we didn’t know we needed for the trip. He seemed to know everyone everywhere, the best spots to stop and eat, the best scenic view points and all the best history and culturally significant spots along the way. This tour turned out to be so much more than a camel ride. His driving skills were incredible as was his ability to drive that many hours and keep a smile on his face the whole time."

"While it wasn’t exactly what we expected, our stay was excellent. We didn’t realize that the Riad was down a narrow alley, and several streets from the limits of where cars could navigate. Because of that, we did not stay out late, and tried to get back to our room before nightfall. Nevertheless, the location was convenient to many places, and the helpfulness and cordiality of the property manager, Ibrahim, made up for any shortcomings of the property. Upon arrival Ibrahim immediately put us at ease by giving us an orientation to the city, downloading a map that works in Marrakesh, and designating on the map points of interest and restaurants. What’s the new map on my phone all I had to do was follow the arrows and we got to where we wanted to be. He also helped me when I couldn’t get the train tickets to Casablanca that I had reserved in advance. He located a travel agent that was able to get me the train tickets that I needed on the spot. He also communicated for us with the operators of the day trips that we reserved, and adjusted the breakfast times to accommodate the Tour pick up times. He was incredibly helpful."

"Great stay in a beautiful Riad. Truly an oasis from the crazy souks . Staff especially Selma were kind and helpful. The spaces for lounging were gorgeous only downside was the arrangement of the pool which was away from the loungers and the hot tub/jacuzzi was not working to get hot and only suitable for a hot day since it’s cold and shaded."
