"A fuire , j ai reservé cette appartement pour mon papa , un ami a lui et moi. Je reserve l etablissement a 14h30 et je vois par la suite que le check in ce fait de 13h à 15h. Je decide donc de joindre le contact sur place pour lui annoncer que nous sommes en route et que nous aurons un leger retard mais ce mr n’a jamais repondu. Pres de 20 appels plutard je decide de joindre hotel.com pour me faire rembourser et la plate forme americain refuse car le loueur lui meme refuse…. Resultat aucune...

"Résidence à fuir car le personnel sur place est très déplorable et pas professionnel La personne sur place s’est permise de nous décaler la reservation sans nous prévenir sous prétexte qu’il avait un problème dans l’appartement. L’appart est très salle. C’est dommage qu’on donne de la responsabilité à des personnes qui ne respectent pas leur travail. On donne une mauvaise image sur le maroc. "

"We (2 adults and 3 children) booked 4 nights at this place and left after the first night. It was a traumatic experience for our kids. Let me tell you why.. First off both pools were closed even if we were there in the middle of June. We never got an explanation why. We mainly booked the apartment because of the pool. Second off the whole place was so sunky and old, it even smelled old. The place had a lot of bugs and also big cockroaches. Felt so unpleasant to sleep here and our children...

I didn’t expect in that condition. Once I seen it in that rotten condition I left , and got apartment somewhere else. I took pictures of the property if you like I could send them. "L’hygiène de l’appartement laisse vraiment à désirer. Le linge de lit n’avait visiblement pas été lavé et les serviettes étaient dans le même état. J’ai dû faire appel à une femme de ménage et acheter de nouvelles serviettes. La cuisine était dans un état de saleté tel qu’elle était inutilisable, et il n’y avait même pas de bouteilles de gaz. Une expérience très décevante que je ne recommande pas."
