It was a hotel already selected by a friend so I didn’t really now what to expect although this is a good and well established hotel brand in Türkiye. "Amazing place to stay. Food was excellent and there were many options for bars and pools. Kids loved the water slides and while they didn’t go into kids club the facilities they had were great"

"Lack of clothes storage space in in Large rooms -only 2 narrow drawers, no long ( dress) hanging. No " what's happening" info in room. BUT big disappointment in that hotel website boasts that all restaurants open at this time of year and in fact only two were and only on certain days. "This property refused to check us in the evening, due to unfortunate unforeseen issues that had accured with our trip to Turkey from Australia, they offered us a less than pleasant alternative and we had to book another place on the same day we were scheduled to check into Onkel. Very angry and unhappy about what they did, and would like to demand a full refund."
