"As a solo traveller I stayed one night so didn’t experience any facilities. Staff were great, room lovely, clean with comfy bed. I had an issue with ordering room service, which was frustrating. Had to go through an app but when doing that it wouldn’t take my order. Then couldn’t find the number to call reception so had to physically walk down. The staff didn’t know why the app not working so they phoned order through. Food was great. Other issue was my tv remote not working. Too tired to ask staff to sort. Loved the grand elegance of the hotel."

"Absolutely lovely beautifully decorated basement apartment in a quiet part of the city but with easy reach of the city centre. The apartment had everything you would need, a bit like being at home to be honest. Only complaint was the walkway around the property to the garden terrace was overgrown and full of litter. Not sure who in the apartment block is responsible for keeping the grass down but it was an irritation as we frequented the terrace quite a lot. Other than that it’s a brilliant place to stay. Highly recommend."
