"Charming and spacious villa with great vibes. The place had that lovely old-world charm, was clean and roomy, and the staff were amazing — especially sweet Natasha, who made us feel so welcome. We also really appreciated the healthy breakfast options each morning. A couple of minor issues: the fridge was in an awkward spot and I bumped my knees a few times trying to open it. Also, there weren’t quite enough power outlets, which made charging devices a bit tricky. Overall though, we really enjoyed the property and the surrounding area — would happily come back!"

"There was an issue in that our reservation could not be found so it took a while to sort - none of this was the fault of the staff as they worked to sort us a room before resolving their issue that led to the booking being hidden from them! All turned out fine, credit to the staff who worked to sort the issue as quick as they could."

"We booked a "double room with sea view" on hotels.com. There are many photos of the room showing doors out to the balcony, and several photos outside, clearly taken from the balcony. Hence, we booked the room so that we would have outside space to sit in the sun and fresh air. When we arrived at the hotel, we were indeed given a "double room with sea view", but absolutely no balcony. Just a smallish single window with an outside blind that, when fully open, still covers the top third of the window. This is a major issue at Hotel Park because the hotel basically had no outside space, e.g gardens or pool with comfortable chairs or loungers to relax on. It's next to the main coast road and has an indoor pool, no outside space apart from a small terrace next to the road with tables and upright chairs, which labels itself as a coffee bar The hotel generally feels a bit dated and the comfort levels are equivalent to an average 2 star hotel in the UK. Massively disappointed that we booked a room on the basis of the specific room photos. The room description itself does not mention a balcony, so be aware that the pictures may be misleading and you won't get what you think you booked. I don't know whether this is Hotel Park or Hotels.com's fault, but it is unacceptable from a customer point of view. There are plenty of other lovely looking hotels in the area. I recommend you avoid Hotel Park and book a hotel where the photos and description actually match the reality. "

"Large unit with kitchen with sea view. Coffee maker in unit (yeah) big balcony shared with neighboring renters. Sleeps 5 easily. Had to have owner on phone while finding driveway to unit GPS not accurate. Owner terrifically helpful and kind. "
