“If you have a morning flight out of Shannon, this property is a perfect landing pad for your final night's stay. As long distance hikers, we use public transportation whenever possible. The busses stop right outside of the departure gates. The Radisson Park Inn is a 5 minute walk from the bus stop (Do NOT follow Google Map directions if on foot). “The hotel is situated on extensive grounds with a walk down to the Shannon river. Great pool - longer than most hotel pools. The interior of the hotel is rather old fashioned and could do with some refurbishment. My room was large and comfortable. It is about a fifteen minute drive to Limerick city centre although there is a train station nearby.”
