Staff at check in was so pleasant and helpful. She went out of her way to help us with the laundry machines. Our apt was spotless and very comfortable. Views were stunning as we sat on the huge balcony. Very well equipped kitchen. Definitely rate this a 10+. I hope we can return someday

Great location with stunning views from the balcony, very close to the Meiringen train station, Coop, Migros and several restaurants at a walkable distance. Apartment is specious and clean. Even though we were there during a heatwave, inside the apartment was comfortable as it has good ventilation. We got two fans as we had booked two rooms. There's a shared laundry facility that you need to reserve and plan in advance to make use of it. Reception hours are limited, so if you arrive outside the reception hours, you would be stranded outside which seems to be strange.

Really enjoyed our stay, very relaxing. Beautiful view of the Reichenbach falls and very close to the station which has hourly trains to Interlaken and other places of interest.

Overall the location and resort was good. We were unaware it is a serviced apartment that we would even have to load the dishwasher - and put away the dry dishes- before we left. Reception/check-in desk is not always open so make sure you check hours. We didn't have any soap in our room. Asked on day 2 but it was still not sent. Basic amenity for a 2-night stay for 4 people when we were even charged an extra "resort" fee.

Perfect for families. The apartment was clean and warm thanks to underfloor heating. The kitchen was functional however it doesn’t come with a microwave. We were near the train tacks but could barely hear any noise since our bedrooms were on the opposite side. The resort is placed in a strategic position, and it is close to migros and coop (supermarket). Meiringen is a quiet place perfect to experience the locals lifestyle.

Great location for a vacation with Family

Excellent location for a family vacation. Staff and hotel were excellent. The apartments are well maintained, clean and with everything needed. Close to many places within the area that are worth visiting. Would come back. Only con would be some loud and disruptive neighbors during our stay but the staff made everything possible to quiet things to great success.

Property was nice, newly built, clean and very near to the station. The only challenge that we felt was checking in check out. Signs were really very strict with travellers coming long way. I think there should be still some flexibility in terms of checking and check out timings. Also, the laundry timings was very specific which did not allow us to do the laundry as per our convenience.

Laundry facility too bad. The staff not available all the time. But resort was neat. As a tourist, feeling like resting and enjoying, but this felt like we had to do lot of work cleaning and setting things up. Seen so many bugs inside the house and there is no proper air conditioning. We didn't have a pleasant sleep. There was a park for lids to play in which was convenient for us though.

Clean and modern buiding right next to train station. Property has provided everything we needed for our stay including towles, toilet rolls, kitchen towel, bed linen, cuttlery. Really enjoyed our stay here and will definitley returning next year.

The room was clean, the balcony was huge and there was nice mountain view. The property is very convenient to everything needed in my opinion. Train, multiple local restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, cable car, etc. I didn’t love the fact that we had to remove our own bed linens and clean and put away all dishes before we left, but it is what it is. (Our dishwasher took hours so we had to wash everything the night before and by hand the morning we left) Also we stayed 4 nights and were only given I think 4 bath towels and 4 smaller towels total for the entire stay for 3 people. I think I read somewhere we would have had to pay for additional towels.

We stayed for 5 nights and honestly expected a much better resort/hotel experience. The apartment was extremely hot despite being in a mountain area, with no AC, and only one small fan for a three bed apartment, and we dealt with multiple bugs, which made sleeping difficult as there was no way to open windows without bugs coming in (no bug screen). There was no regular housekeeping, very limited basic supplies!! The biggest issue was that these conditions were not clearly explained when we booked through Expedia. We only learned after arrival that supplies were limited and basic items had to be borrowed or purchased, very much unlike hotels. We also booked expecting a free shuttle/transportation service advertised on Expedia, but the hotel staff did not know about it and there was no shuttle available. This caused us to spend significantly more on transportation than expected. The staff support was also very limited as they leave at around 6pm and no one is there for support later in the evening, and our experience with the property was nothing like the hotel/resort stay we thought we were booking. Overall, extremely disappointing and not worth the price.
