โStaff were friendly. We stayed in a basic motel room. It was a bit dated, the bed wasnt overly comfy, but everything worked and it was quiet. Had a nice dinner in the inn which is full of character. Set in the National Park, there are some lovely walks to do during your stay.โ
โCleanliness was good and room was spacious and generally well equipped (although basic toilet amenities like toothpaste and toothbrush have to be requested from the counter). While there were minimal parking space available within the hotel, there are plenty of affordable parking near the hotel that feels relatively safe since it is near UWA. Generally convenient with a short car ride to the city centre that has plenty of food and groceries options. โ
โStayed for 2 nights in May 2025. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and we slept well. Very quiet. Easy walking distance to the shopping centre. When we checked out the staff kept our bags for a few hours so we could go to the shopping centre before going to the airport. Was very much appreciated! We will stay there again when in Perth.โ
โWe enjoy staying at Broadwater and will stay here again. Spacious and comfortable. Great location. Bathroom fans do need updating, condensation is very bad.โ
โBeautiful safe and tranquil setting. Our room was very spacious and had everything we needed for quiet weekend away in the Swan Valley. Breakfast was lovely also. We will be back โ
