"First of all, the staff was amazing; very friendly and very helpful. I had a problem with the safe and although someone came up to fix it three times during my stay it still did not work properly, so I gave up and did not use it. The kitchen had most everything I needed to prepare meals. There were lots of small ants, but we have them back home where I live, so I just dealt with it. The rooftop restaurant was fantastic, but it didn't open till 4:30 due to maintenance, and then it was closed and last two nights I was there which was disappointing. The beach is very walkable and there are lots of tiny shells, but it's not that pretty, the sand is grayish and the water is not pretty as you would hope with few people swimming. There is a small grocery store nearby which was very convenient. I was on the 5th floor with only the rooftop restaurant above me and on Sunday they had some sort of church service with unreasonably loud singing for several hours. It's a good spot to see the sunrise come up over the mountains and also to watch the sun set on the water. I had a good experience but I would not stay in that area again. "
