The location was excellent, walking distance to shops, Southbank, Victoria Markets, theatre. Opposite Hardware lane with restaurants, bars etc. The room was clean and comfortable although a couple of us found the beds uncomfortable but I found mine fine.Would definitely recommend staying here.

Property lovely and clean. Well presented..needed a few things. Drawers , more coat hangers, hooks in the bathroom, a few utensils eg bottle opener. We wouldnt pay for a balcony again as plants dead..cigarette butts in planter. No real outlook. We really enjoyed our stay and it was nice abd central. Many eateries and close public transport. Great spot, this was our third stay at this property and it has always been excellent. Great for a family big rooms and affordable rates and across the road from great restaurants and bars in Hardware Lane.
