Great location very close to all the shops and restaurants. Pretty run down apartment needs a good clean. When we arrived the aircon was on which was nice but unfortunately a couple hours later started getting a dry throat and on inspection the unit was very mouldy so had to clean that myself.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful the room serviced daily . The lounge carpet was in need of cleaning with stains and marks in most areas . The kitchen was modern and clean only problem was there was a 12 place setting dishwasher but only 2 cups plates etc and no sink plug so you couldn't hand wash the cups etc but despite mentioning to cleaners and maintenance no plug arrived ( apparently out of stock !!!! ) The bed was compatible but it is the first place we've stayed where there was no mattress protector .We had paid extra for a balcony room but it was dirty no furniture and above a dark smelly alley ok it was CBD but should have been usable ! So nice staff shame about the rest

Can’t recommend this place highly enough. We stayed in a one bedroom studio. It was great value for money, and the location in Lonsdale Street excellent, directly opposite Hardware Lane. A myriad of great dining options within a short walking distance. We will definitely book here again.

A lovely hotel in a central location. Reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The kitchen was clean and functional but lacked many basic kitchen items necessary for cooking. Would definitely stay again

A quiet and clean hotel located in the heart of the CBD. Walkable to everything. Front desk staff was helpful when we needed to adjust our booking and while acting as a concierge. Highly recommend a stay here.

Bed was clean and comfortable enough. Unfortunately the room wasn’t exactly like the photos. Stains all over the carpet, marks on the walls and didn’t particularly smell fresh. Ok for a night or two.
