City Limits is a little gem. Quiet, clean and safe. A fantastic location with a variety of quality dining options within a five minutes walk. Public transport options, theatre, dining and shopping on your doorstop. Fantastic for the lone traveller. Looking forward to staying again.

Hidden gem in central Melbourne located at the edge of Chinatown, with convenient access to public transportation and walkable everywhere. Excellent professional and friendly staff. Common spaces are small but well maintained. Our room was clean, well stocked and quiet despite being next to elevator. Only minor problem is parking which are sparse and expensive, been in the central business district. Overall excellent stay and I would recommend highly.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and in an amazing location. Very walkable to the center of Melbourne and a lot of cafes and dining close by. The staff were really great and made my stay very comfortable.

Great budget accommodation in CBD
I was looking for a budget studio apartment for 3 nights near the Sofitel where I was attending a function as a solo female. The apartment was great and very clean. A couple of minor issues were fixed immediately. The reception staff were all exceptional. This was perfect. Reasonable soundproofing, but you do need to be prepared for some early morning noise with rubbish trucks etc.
