Oaks was a lovely place to stay. Everything for myself and my baby was in walking distance and the place was always tidy and clean. I especially loved that there was an IGA next door and an eatery on the ground floor.

I like that it is close to the station so you can walk. Trams are right outside. Everything is easy to get to. As for the staff they were really friendly and helpful. The room itself was comfortable and had everything we needed

I liked staying here. Though there’s a few things I’d like to point out. First off there was an odd smell coming from the bin even though it appeared to be fresh when we arrived. The tv was fluctuating in and out of signal and upon inspection I noticed the plug was held together by tape. The toilet and shower is located right next to the bed which is a bit odd but fine. There’s an IGA next door which comes in very handy as the room did not have any basic necessities so you will need to go buy some. Bed was comfy but a bit itchy. The pool is shut down and most of the equipment in the gym is broken. Didn’t try the sauna. Besides all that, I mostly enjoyed my stay as I love the city.

This property is in a great location and is well-priced, however, our 7th floor room was terrible to sleep in due to external noise from a bank of what appeared to be air conditioners below. The noise was loud and incessant all night. The room itself was well appointed with an oven (we didn’t use it), large fridge, table and chairs. The bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, for us, the noise cancelled out the positives and at most we can give this place a medium rating.
