Will not stay at this facility again, I wasn’t able to use the facility even though I paid in advance. Called but only get a recording. I need my money back and my experience was awful.

Clean & reasonably comfortable, but lacking in plates, cutlery & bowls - none of these!
Price too high for what wasn't supplied.
Staff good, for the money you get what you pay for.

Affordable pleasant weekend away
The biggest issue was that the booking through Wotif didn't get processed, but the motel was able to accommodate us.
Air conditioner was noisy, but apart from that comfortable.
Reception staff were very helpfull and accomodating to our needs. Its a very comfortable and affordable place to stay for a family. Very clean room and very quiet. Great value. Will definately stay again. Cheers
We stayed in a family room which was average but you get what you pay for. The reverse cycle was noisy, it sounded like a truck was in the room and the blankets were inadequate for the winter season so it meant no sleep as we either shivered through the night or stayed awake due to the noisy aircon/heater.
Nice place to stay, just near to the CBD of Melbourne, affordable price with great facilities and clean room

Good for one night stay
It was an average motel. Staff seems friendly enough, but facilities are dated. Walls are a bit thin and some areas of the floor creak. When it's windy, there is a banging noise which I didn't figure out where it was coming from.
Location wise it was perfect.

Serviceable, clean, cramped, cheap.
Room was serviceable. Family room but didn't have a bath. 'Kitchenette' consisted of a bar fridge, a microwave, and a kettle, with four mugs and one teaspoon. 'Dining area' was a tiny table (that doesn't seat four) against the wall. Cramped. You get what you pay for, this was cheap, and fine for a short, two night stay, where we barely spent anytime in the room.
The hotel room was dirty and smelt damp & musty. Curtains wouldn't open & weren't on the tracks properly & were ripped. Windows wouldn't open. There were 6 beds, four chairs, five cups. Bathroom was so cramped, that when having a shower, the water sprayed everywhere & soaked anything in the same room. Disgusted to have spent the money on this room.
Good location was the only "good" thing about this
Where to begin! After a four night stay, bed wasn't made or towels changed at all. Rubbish emptied once. That was the end of any service. Old very noisy Kelvator air conditioner gave up during second night - (or rather we gave up on the noise and it only was slightly warm air output). No fan working in windowless bathroom. "kitchenette" as described in faclities, turned out to be a kettle with 2 mis-matched mugs and one teaspoon sitting on a miniature microwave, on top of the little refrigerator. No other cutlery, plates or tea towel. No rack or place to put luggage on, just the floor. Needed two hands to open a top lock and handle and lower handle to access room - super awkward and difficult. Double bed which was as described, was a "roll together into the middle" variety and had a doona cover with a burn hole the size of a 50c piece in the non smoking room. Other burns on bathroom basinand cistern toilet cover. Smoking area on adjacent verandah allowed smoke smell to permeate our room via the gap under the door. Altogether not a pleasant experience. Because of the location we endured it. Won't be returning. P.S.- Staff member in "reception" kindly rolled a column oil heater to our room on Day 3 - it was most welcome!
