I personally felt this was a good place to stay in! I booked for 12 days and 11 nights at the studio apartment. Upon arrival I was greeted by the lovely lady and was allowed early check in at 11am. The room to me was great. Yes the decor was outdated but it had everything I needed for my stay. The room and toilet was clean and comfortable and the room had all the amenities (pots, pas, stove, toaster, glasses, bowls, cutleries, kettle, dishwashing supplies). There’s even shampoo and soap provided in the bathroom. So you definitely get what you pay for. There’s also a washer and dryer that you can pay to use. The location is by far the best you can expect. The tram is just a short walk from the hotel and there are many restaurants nearby so I didnt need to think about my next meal. The area is also quite busy so I felt safe walking at night. The noise from the street didnt bother me too much during my stay as it was quite faint and only during the weekend since everyone is hanging out at the eateries nearby the hotel. During checkout they helped store my luggage whilst I did my final visit in the city.Overall I had a great experience staying here and made my trip enjoyable and if I’m ever back in the CBD I would definitely stay here again!

This is a good place to stay if you spend most of your time out sightseeing and just want a place to be able to come back at the end of the day to sleep. The beds were very comfortable. All desk staff were polite and friendly. Yes, the hitel could do with a make over, but you get what you pay for. If you are the type of person that wants the finest things in life, this is not the place for you, but if you want a place just to sleep, give it a try. Also, dont miss going to the Gelato shop a few doors away, we stayed 4 nights and only found it on the last night.
