“In realtà non potrei fare una recensione sul hotel Stella Marina.. in quanto al nostro arrivo ci è stato detto che la struttura era chiusa da giugno. Siamo stati dirottati presso un’altra struttura a “soli” 1500 metri dalla spiaggia. Quest’ultima lasciava molto a desiderare sui vari servizi ( pulizia, colazione, acqua poca è ghiacciata..). Sicuramente non adeguata a ciò che noi avevamo scelto e pagato ANTICIPATAMENTE. Cosa potevamo fare? Abbiamo percorso in macchina circa 1350 km e quindi ci...

“La colazione scarna , per un hotel di tale categoria mai vista una cosa del genere. Nessuna scelta( solo cornetti e brioche) e anche per un capouccino si attende molto. Inoltre dovevamo pagare in struttura invece ci è stato addebbitato tutto la mattina dell' arrivo. Non professionalità. Peccato perché la struttura all' interno e le camere molto belle”

“Wir hatten an unserem Anreise Tag einen sehr späten Flug, sind daher erst gegen 23:30 Uhr an der Untekrunft angekommen. Das hatte ich auch im Voraus dem Besitzer der Unterkunft kommuniziert - aber als wir ankamen hat uns niemand die Tür aufgemacht und per Telefon war auch niemand zu erreichen. Also mussten wir (zwei junge Frauen wohlgemerkt) uns dann mitten in der Nacht um eine Ersatzunterkunft kümmern für die wir logischerweise zahlen mussten!!! Als wir dann am nächsten Morgen in die Unterkunft...

“The room was spotless and had everything we needed—and even more. The host made sure we were completely taken care of and gave us amazing recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Even though we stayed for just one night, they went out of their way to help us enjoy our time there. Such a kind and thoughtful host—our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer!”

“This is a very nice place in a super-convenient location, about 5 minutes walk from the National Archaeological Museum, and also from the Lido train station (1 stop on the local trains from Villa San Giovanni, if you are taking the ferry or train to Sicily). It has a beautiful view of the straights, and the rooms are very quiet. Staff very helpful--great local recommendations. Highly recommended.”

“Stayed in a single room, great shower, small courtyard to rear, right next door to the communal kitchen area, WiFi wasn't good, very hit and miss. Great location right opposite Reggio Calabria Central Station, not too far to walk into the centre, and about 1.5 miles walk to the ferry port ”

“This was a very nice room. It was a very small space… so for two people 2 nights was good. If you wanted to stay in the area longer you would want to find a bigger space. The location was great… right in between the water and shopping! There were plenty of restaurants to choose from near. With any city there is a lot of noise. This room only had one glass door… no outer panel for privacy or to muffle noise so bring ear plugs. (7:30am street sweeper) we loved Reggio Calabria… it was very clean...

“I'm used to 3 star hotels. This hotel is truly 4 star. The cleanliness, the staff and our very affordable ocean view suite with spectacular views of Mt. Etna, the Straits of Messina, and sunsets was wonderful. The robes and slippers is a nice perk. The hotel location is a few minutes walk to the high speed ferry to Messina, Sicily and a few minutes walk to the Lido train station. The hotel is convenient to the Lungomare waterfront and the famous Archeological Museum as well as several art...

“The south side is nicer”

“Schönes und sauberes Zimmer. Sehr gute Lage. Für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gutes Frühstück mit frischen Obst, verschiedene Croissants und sehr gutem Kaffee. Der Vermieter war sehr nett, gab super Empfehlungen für die Umgebung und ging auf individuelle Wünsche ein. Auf jeden Fall ein gelungener Kurzurlaub. Dankeschön”
