"Upon check in the clerk explained NOTHING about the property. No breakfast can be ordered at X time, pool is this way, nothing. My room was on the first floor, not even on carpet. My room was in the ballroom/ meeting hall. As a single woman traveling alone being on the 1st floor also meant that for safety reasons I couldn’t leave the curtains open with my room window being at the parking lot. So I felt like I was in a closet! You could not see the full tv from the bed even with it being on a swivel mount. I was wondering why the staff was so terrible, even upon check out there was no inquiry about my stay. I realized upon leaving that this courtyard used to be a residence inn. I guess they left the staff and renovated the rooms because it was subpar. I won’t stay at this location again. "

"Fun hotel that is convenient to the convention center. The gym is great and the YMCA is really close. Bunch of great restaurants very close by. "

"The location was great: 2-3 blocks from Capitol. The Internet was extremely slow. If you want to use it, you need to pay a lot. The 'free' password did not work. Nothing is included. Parking is $45/night, but is not mentioned when booking the room. The room lacked a robe, lotion. You could tell that it was prepared in a hurry. If you have to call the hotel for any reason, be prepared to get a 1800... sales number, to wait, be disconnected and repeat the whole cycle again. There is no direct number to the reception/front desk. The restaurant/tavern on the 1st floor was very, very slow, yet expensive. Be prepared to wait for an hour in the morning just for eggs, pancakes and coffee. Staff appear to be nice, but only because they are waiting for tips. "

"Bath room wasn't as clean as it should be for 218 a nite. The baseboards need to be cleaned . The handles on the drawers in bathroom are rusted . The light fixtures are rusted . The stuff was amazing and the bed was really comfortable. They hallways and stairwell could use a good cleaning the carpets need to be cleaned too . "
