The room was chilly and I couldn't get it to warm up. The heat wouldn't go higher than 64 no matter what I tried. Also the shower was just lukewarm. The staff was great.

The room was delightful but the bed it too close to the post. Moving it one foot to the left would have made it easier to get up & go to bed. The coffee was okay; thanks for the hot cocoa.
