“10's!! From the Initial interaction with the Valet attendant Darryl and David everything just got better and Better. The Front desk Associate was friendly, professional, and even allowed me to use her scissors lol. The room was clean and had a beautiful view of the River. The Rooftop bar was Amazing and the Salmon bites Chef's Kiss. This will now be the only Hotel I stay in when I travel to Memphis.”

“모두 만족하는 깨끗하고 아침 맛있고 좋은 호텔이었습니다”

“Great location- made walking to sites very easy”

“The staff was so nice and friendly! They made our visit a very pleasant experience.”

“Our room was a suite and it was really nice and spacious. The only complaint I have is that there was not any coffee or tea and there was not a microwave. The staff were very helpful. The hotel is close to everything downtown.”

“The staff at this hotel made it feel like home. The kindness from all of the staff was amazing. The hospitality and knowledge was refreshing.”
