We stayed previously and there was ongoing maintenance so this was a surprise. Balcony is useless as there is no furniture. Not a lot of electrical outlets available and the USB outlets were not working, so if you are a couple with more than two rechargeable devices, good luck. A kitchen but no pans etc. to do anything. "Amazing view of Taal Lake! If the property was good, it would have been a pleasant stay. We had trouble requesting for extra beds even though we called in advance and reminded the staff upon arrival. I won't go into details because this was eventually sorted after several calls close to midnight. Use of pool and all amenities have extra charge of minimum 500php per person, and some charge per person, per hour usage. "Staff are very nice and accommodating. WiFi is terrible Clean room but bathroom smells so bad (maybe a good disinfectant will help). Breakfast does not have much selection. Food are cold.
