"I absolutely love this hotel. From the doormen to the front desk to the servers in the restaurant and housekeeping, everyone is helpful, conscientious and genuinely is there to make the stay as great as it can be. The front desk asked why we were there and I told them it was my daughter's 20th birthday. Within 30 min, a cake was delivered to our room with a card for her. This is my go to place anytime I'm in Palo Alto."

"Room 102 was clean and spacious but had a musty smell upon entry. Tolerable. All amenities were provided. Breakfast was satisfactory. Check-in and checkout was very fast. TV channel surfing was also fast."

"Last minute booking. Clean Room. Free breakfast. Family Friendly. Friendly staff. Hotel is 2 stories w/no elevators, however hotel staff will gladly carry your luggage up/down stairs. Price was reasonable considering the area/demographics. "

"The bathroom and bed was the best part of the stay. Staff was friendly bu when checking in the clerk seemed nervous and small things like asking will you need help with your luggage. Would you like a bottled water. etc. I am not sure if there were gym amenities because I was not informed. "

"This was an excellent find in spendy area. Cozy, clean and quiet. Staff friendly and helpful. It’s rare to find nice glasses ( not plastic ) and real plates and silverware at breakfast. Loved the private patio off our room. All details felt thoughtful and what I would have expected to find at a more expensive hotel. Even had towels on lounges by pool. We are in the area often for family and will make this our first choice from now on. "
