Very disappointing

I didn't receive check-in information until i was leaving home for the airport, not helpful. The complex does not have a swimming pool, though hotels-com says it does. There is a small area to sit next to a large heated spa pool, but my fob never worked on the door to the area, despite numerous complaints. I was allocated an apartment on the ground floor with windows on one side only, looking over a walk way straight at another block or apartments. No direct sunlight, so the apartment was dingy and needed lights on at all times, which was depressing. If I had been allocated a better apartment, I might have come back - I visit the area for work frequently. Based on this experience, I will not be back. If you want to stay in an apartment, I recommend the ones on Haven Avenue. They are nicer, better equipped and the communal facilities are much better.
