“Les repas étaient très bons et diversifiés. Le personnel était souriant et sympathique. Bien choisir son emplacement car certains logements sont un peu éloignés de la réception et du restaurant. Pensez qu'il y a des escaliers (bagages). Les balcons du 2ème étage ne sont pas cachés, vue sur les autres balcons. “Lovely central hotel apartments very spacious and well cared for. Rooms cleaned everyday and clean towels. Pool area was lovely. Bar in hotel but not in use. Breakfast was adequate although outdoor tables could do with wiping down. All in alll a good experience”

“Todo estuvo muy bien, piscina, comida, habitaciones, limpieza. La unica cosa que no es culpa del hotel es que algunos usuarios iban arrastrando las maletas por el pasillo a horas intempestivas(5am), se puede señalar por parte del hotel a la salida que intenten no arrastrarlas a esas horas”

“Was given a room on the ground floor which had a broken patio door onto the gardens. Informed staff about this at 6pm but it had not been looked at by the time I arrived back at the hotel at 9.30pm. Reception staff then looked at the door and were unable to fix it. I requested to be moved for security reasons as I was anxious about having an unlocked door on the ground floor and staff responded with ‘menorca doesn’t have a high crime rate it’ll be fine’. “We booked a 3 bedroom apartment and were very surprised with the size, perfect for my group of 7 people. Even the sofa bed in the living room was out of the way and we had plenty of space. The balcony was big and birds would come all day searching for food. The staff was very nice, nothing to complain about. We will definitely go back,”
