Had to ask for cups which should have already been in the room. The night front desk attendant was helpful and ran around to get those. Shower soap and conditioner were surprisinly good. Short trip for a game and we stayed in the cozy suites. I liked that we didn’t have to go to a desk. Check in and entry were easy. It was comfortable and nice. Would use them again for the price. Fire alarm went off at 2:30 am but it was building wide, not the hosts fault
