"The property is really nicely maintained, especially common areas like the lounges, reception, and bar. Our room was nice, comfortable (albeit small) but it didn't have a mini- fridge, which we found odd and kind of a bummer. I might be in the wrong for not reading the fine print and just assuming there would be one; I've never stayed in a hotel where there was no mini-fridge. We were able to do without it, but if you're someone who needs to keep something cold (like a nursing mother or someone who takes certain medication), that can be an issue. Our view of the river was cute. We appreciated being able to open the window. All in all, a stay here seems a tad overpriced for what you're getting in your room. This would be a great place to stay if you're on a business trip and plan to use the on-site lounge, bar, and restaurant."

"We stayed in ‘deluxe’ suite on 1st floor. Has everything you need and well equipped little kitchen. Clean and comfortable. Bed a bug saggy and felt I was falling into middle! Great location for accessing stuff but it is in a bit of a party area. As others have said the soundproofing is not great, single glazed windows and also the noise of people seemingly getting their step count up at 11pm above us. Good value, friendly staff. Ask for 2nd floor room if you can. "
