If you don't have a car, don't even think about booking. It takes 15 minutes to carry rock covered path.”

“I had a wonderful stay, the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. The hospitality was truly outstanding, making the entire experience memorable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend FIVE Zurich to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable stay with exceptional service and warm hospitality. Definitely a 5-star experience!”

“the staff at the reception the guy was very rude to their team, in front of clients. Not a proper hospitality manner”

Overall, the rooms were dirty, the staff were very unfriendly, and the facilities were terrible... I was disappointed with everything.”

“Quiet peacefulness if you want away from people, this place is it.”
