I did not like anything. the tv and ac was broken. After paying for taxi to go to eat and return we were told you could get a refund and go as the AC was still not fix even after 4 hours. Why did they not do so from tgw first instance. Very disappointing service

Casa adaptada a servicio de hotel, esta mas o menos céntrica, a 3 cuadras(un poco grandes) del centro internacional de convenciones. Me toco el cuarto 1, q esta fuera, no se parece en nada a las fotos de promoción, estaba recien renovado, pero d a directo a la calle principal y el ruido puede ser un problema. Para pasar la noche por un par de dias funciona, el personal(sobre todo la joven del t vespertino es muy amable)cumple lo básico.

El hotel es tal y como lo anuncian, la atención del personal es muy buena siempre atentos de lo que pudiésemos necesitar, Estaría excelente que agregaran unos cuantos platillos en algún menú a la habitación ya que en los alrededores no hay mucho de donde elegir. Si regresaría de nuevo a hospedarme con ellos.

Casa convertida en hotelito Excelente atención de los jóvenes que están en la administración Si te gusta caminar está a 12 cuadras del centro y 6 del paseo Montejo El Uber te cobra máximo $ 30 al centro La habitación el aac excelente y muy limpias Te sirven café y galletas en la mañana en el jardín muy a gusto Sin dudarlo lo recomiendaria Un excelente detalle A la hora del check out nos salió despedir él dueño

sobre venta de habitaciones

Al llegar al hotel, el recepcionista que dice que tenían sobre venta de habitaciones y que tenía lugar para mi, culpando a Expedía por lo sucedido, razón por la casual no volveré a usar esta agencia, después de media hora o más de esperar en la recepción de hotel si aire acondicionado y sudar a mares, me anunciaron que no encontraron lugar para mi en otro hotel y que me darían la habitación porque ya había pagado y que dejarían a otro cliente sin la habitación porque había reservado habitación sin tarjeta de crédito. Pase mala noche en una cama vieja, súper incomoda, aguada y amanecí con dolor de espalda y con piquetes de algo en los brazos, no fuero piquetes moscos, seguramente chinches. Experiencia, MAL !!!! No vuelvo a este hotel y tampoco lo recomiendo. Tampoco recomiendo a la agencia, nunca encontré un teléfono para marcarles y poder levantar mi queja y cómo es posible que sobre vendan???!!!!

El personal es agradable y servicial, las camas son cómodas dentro de lo aceptable, el lugar es bonito con jardines muy bien cuidados, es un lugar pequeño, tranquilo y con una ubicación aceptable al centro y amenidades. El servicio de café matutino en el jardín es una muy buena forma de despertar. Recomendable para familias o parejas en plan de descanso, la alberca es pequeña pero pudiera funcionar para quitar el calor y relajarse un momento

En general todo bien, sin embargo es necesario refuercen servicios como de alimentos, ya que no fue posible que nos brindaran servicio de desayuno por falta de personal durante los días de estancia.

es una casa-hotel comodo, el recepcionista muy amable y atento, habitacion espaciosa, camas medias incomodas, el unico detalle de la estancia fue que la señora no se si es la dueña o encargada de una manera agresiva nos fue a tocar la puerta para decirnos que si comíamos en la habitación y manchabamos la cobija, nos la cobraría x q en la lavanderia no se la desmanchaban :/ creo que hay maneras mas amables de decir que no manchemos las cobijas, en el pedir esta el dar. Lo demas me gusto, una alberquita muy agradable y un jardin donde puedes salir a leer, platicar o comer.

Can't say that I am happy with my experience in this hotel. This hotel is more like a family owned B&B. The staffs are nice and the hotel has a small and pretty garden. However, my family and I unfortuntely were given the worst room in this hotel. This hotel has about 6 rooms. All other rooms, except ours, face the pretty garden. Our room is the only one that is the center of the building. Not only that we can't see the garden so well. The hotel owners place a refrigerator right in front of the door of our room. Because our room is located in the center of the building, the room doesn't get enough sunlight and wind. We have to keep the air conditioning on all the time, otherwise we feel suffocated in the room due to the poor ventilation. Other than that, the hotel is a bit far from the central area of the city. It's about 25 to 30 minutes walk to the downtown area. There is almost nothing nearby, no grocery store, no restaurant etc. If you don't buy breakfast from the hotel, every morning you will have to walk a bit, or take a taxi to find a restaurant. This is not a terrible hotel. But I would not recommend it.

quiza el desayuno debiera ser un poco mas economico. el cafe siempre servirlo fresco (primer dia parecia cafe recalentado) que al reservar indiquen claramente que tipo de habitacion se asigna. se solicito un cambio. tener disponible una computadora al menos para uso del huesped. indicaciones mas precisas de visita a cenotes. de todas formas la amabilidad de los empleados exelente, El trato de la "dueña" poco amable. gracias

Me gusto el hotel en general no es un hotel lujoso pero esta muy limpio y el personal es amable. Las camas estan comodas y limpias lo unico malo del hotel es que el clima no enfriaba mucho, no hay telefeno para llamar a recepcion por lo que habia que salir a pedir cosas, el papel de bano lo dan muy limitado y no esta muy cercano a restaurantes o por lo menos fondas. La venidad principal que es Paseo Montejo queda de 6 a 8 cuadras y el consulado Americano esta como a 15 mins. Si vas al consulado a pie dirigete por la calle 72 hasta encontrar la avenida colon y de ahi hasta encontrar la calle 60. Si recomiendo el hotel en cuanto a limpieza y comodidad, pero lo unico que no me gusto es que el precio no esta a la altura de la habitacion.
