"This is a very ornate, lovely, old mansion. The GM, Denise is a darling person, easy to work with. Breakfast is in a beautiful dining room. The location is next to downtown and near the river. We loved it!"

"The hotel location was good, very convenient to downtown. The room was fine, bed comfortable, shower good, but the floor was not very clean. "

"Very run down, clean for the most part and housekeeping are wonderful. Some of front desk staff were obviously not trained very well. Property lacked adequate handicap parking. Really needs updating. Our shower was nothing to say anything nothing nice about. Property really needs updates, we had to call the front desk from our personal phone because there was not a working phone in the room. Also had to ask for very basic items that rooms normally have. Although some staff lacked adequate training most made up for it with sort of hospitality "
