“The shower was dirty. The bed was hard like a rock you can feel the slats under you. Only 2 towels and pillows given was told no after I asked for more. No pool towels provided. Staff are miserable. I tried to contact Wotif a week earlier to shorten my stay but they didn’t respond because I wanted a refund for 1day because we planned to leave early, but no response. Will not be using Wotif again! ”

“Rumba was a real jam of a place! I was a bit concerned about the travel there from Singapore but it was perfectly organized by the staff and went completely problem free. The resort is on a beautiful beach, with each cabin having an easy access to it. Possibility for swimming, snorkling, diving, and in my case, complete relaxation in the most gorgeous setting. Food served at Rimba was really good. Overall, a super pleasant experience!”
