"This has become my new number one as far as five star hotels in manilla. Amazing customer service! Everyone in the hotel from the bell hop to the elevator attendant. Hospitality to a whole new level! The location is ideal as well, SM mall located 1 minute walk from the entrance which connects with several other malls attached to that. The smell in the hotel is incredible, no matter what floor or where your at the overwhelmingly pleasent smell is there. The food at the location was astounding. The pantry had an amazing breakfast spread as well, a fine selection of asian dishes. Overall i can't find anything negative to say. Incredible place, would highly recommend. Will absolutely stay again!"

"Everything about this hotel is great – the staff, the building, the quality and cleanliness of the room,! My only problem was, I never got my room to be warm enough, because the air conditioner was freezing, and you can’t turn heat on!"
