“Room was perfect and peaceful It was really big then i thought I want to go again just only to stay this hotel If i have a chance to go puerto vallarta again with my family Surely i will go this hotel again Staffs are really friendly even i can not speak spanish really well Most i like it was the swimming pool was hit It was not cold Tou also can cook in kitchen Every tools are super clean ”

“Almost service is good, but it needs to improvement of the transportation and wifi service. Other things are very good! ”

“Tuvimos una estadía súper linda. Si bien el hotel se nota es de cierta antigüedad, el personal y su buena atención eleva las ganas de quedarte y disfrutar el momento. La playa es es de piedras pero el agua llega con menos olas y es muy divertida para los niños. Se pueden ver los peces y eso es muy relajante. La comida del restaurante está abundante y a buen precio para ser de hotel. Tuvimos suerte que al llegar nos dieron una habitación mejor que la que contratamos y estuvo muy cómoda. ”

“We absolutely loved staying at this property during our visit to Puerto Vallarta. The location was incredible, just 10 min walk to the beach. The views were stunning and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. We stayed in Estrella, and our balcony and bonus room were perfect. Breakfast in the morning was fresh fruit, coffee and toast with jam. We also enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool area. Definitely wear good shoes as the property is on a very steep hill and the raods are cobblestone....

“The roof top pool is great with beautiful views of the bay and the mountains. The staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are comfortable with a great balcony to enjoy. The only drawback are the staff in the office; they are pretentious, ignorant, unwelcoming, and otherwise difficult to work with.”
