"This is my fourth time staying with PB, second time with sunset beach! This is my favorite family friendly pb property. You can’t beat the view. Golf carts were fast shuttling us around. Food is amazing and if you don’t like something, then there’s 14 other restaurant options. It’s hard to complain. The market is honestly my favorite part of the resort. There’s 3 different pool areas, although with us traveling in September (off season) one of our pools was being renovated. No worries, we hunkered down under the main pool bar, kept ordering food and drinks, and had a great time while a storm passed. The golf course (extra charge) is the best in Cabo! Stunning views. Staff here are so attentive and accommodating. Often remembering our names and greeting us everyday. Rooms are large and well up kept. We got upgraded to a suite without even asking. Room service is included in all inclusive and we took full advantage of it. It was pretty fast during our off season stay. There’s a free shuttle from sunset beach to rose where we went and dined one night and got massages on the beach. The After club played great music and was a fun time. The Sunday bistro brunch had a taco and mimosa bar, sushi cart being prepared in front of you. A massive selection of cakes. Don’t miss out. I wish I had room to write more but just know, it’s hard to complain when there’s so many amazing options and the staff is so accommodating. I will definitely be back"

"Love the Riu properties but Emerald Bay missed the mark. Front desk, spa, housekeeping, and restaurant staff were all great ( especially the Tabasco front oh house host. He was amazing) the pool staff and everyone out there was rude and unhelpful. Floor cracked outside our room the first day and was never fixed. The tv didnt work after several requests and the toilet was temperamental the whole stay."

"The barcelo was a in a beautiful location. We have stayed twice, both times premium level. Hotel needs some major updating and the food is not great. But the overall stay was good and the view is amazing!"
