Excellent place to stay. Spacious rooms and excellent staff. There were 2 front desk gentlemen, curiosly named both Reynier, that made the stay feel like if we were at home. Definitely the location is the best to enjoy a quiet and nice vacation

There was no kitchen towel or sponges or cloth to clean surfaces. It would be easier to have a water cooler on each floor rather than just one at the check in desk, as I was advised not to drink the tap water. Otherwise the place was clean & the bed comfortable.

I am extremely disasspointed with the lack of professionalism, communication and hospitality from Luxury Residences Casa Calderon and Expedia. We waited for multiple hours after multiple messages, voicemails to be able to get access code to use the room assigned for our accomodation. I was travelling with a 6 year old daughter and pregnant wife and despite us trying to highlight the need for prompt response; we were not accomodated until 6 pm in the evening. Even within Expedia customer care; they were not responsive. Its a pity that we are forced to use the AI Bot for customer support and cannnot access a "human" agent to address the customer needs. It takes multiple attempts and sometimes over 30 to 45 mins to access an agent.

Staff was not equipped to help. I didn’t realize when I booked there was no cleaning unless you stay for 7 days. And if you want your room cleaned there is a sizable charge. Great location but I wouldn’t stay there again.
