“Wow - amazing, needs more than 5 stars! Staying in a proper castle is always an experience, but this was the best of all that I have stayed in. Lovely room (we were upgraded), so much character, amazing service, we even got a tour of the castle. Dinner and breakfast were very good, the staff attentive and very helpful. Note - this property would not be suitable for people with mobility issues”

“It was fine. My first trip there was in 1985. It is still my choice in Le Puy.”

“Had a great stay at Chez Martine and Philippe. Beautiful place, easy, delicious breakfast and Philippe and Martine were helpful, responsive, and answered questions before we could even think to ask them. We highly recommend their hotel, and the delightful village. We will definitely return.”

“Very welcoming hotel. Lovely room overlooking the village. Courtyard restaurant under the trees was ideal for the hot weather. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.”
