"This is my 3rd time staying here my family likes the view but it’s not worth it AT ALL!!!! I have money and I spend money but this place is not worth the aggravation and the rudeness! These people act like they are you doing you a favor by letting you walk into the front door! This place is DIRTY ALL THE TIME! And they know it and the attitude is like oh well. "

"This is an excellent hotel with a few problems. Our room was probably the worst on the property from a location standpoint, but it was still pretty solid. Outside noise was blocked for the most part. However, the noise from the room above us was borderline unbearable. The room was beautiful despite that and the noise was only 6-8 am. The staff were pretty nice. The breakfast included was the definition of a continental breakfast, but it was still very good. Parking is pretty bad. On a good day, the valet takes 20-30 minutes to get your car. We had a MAJOR screwup with parking. The hotel staff was apologetic, but gave me free parking for only one day. $50 compensation for a two hour wait to get my car when I had a flight to catch was pretty lousy. However, I made my flight, so it’s easier to forgive. Overall, if I had been on a top floor and parking wasn’t such a pain this would have been a great place to stay."

"I didn’t realize how big the hotel is, but it is gorgeous! Check in and check out is very organized, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We ate at the Japanese restaurant and it was delicious. The rooms are spacious and clean, and they look modern and well kept. We asked for extra towels and shampoo, and they were so generous! We would definitely stay there again"

"The property consists of four buildings, I prefer building # 1. The Lobby areas are all very lovely. The beds are comfortable, rooms are clean I would recommend this hotel and will definitely come back. My only issue was parking it’s $40.to park in the public garage closest to Hotel. You can pay to park on street for $3.00 an hour but only during day time. At night you can get towed easily. Penthouse is awesome! Amazing view! Thanks, C.M"
