We loved our stay. Staff so friendly and welcoming. Location amazing, quiet road but close to all shops and restaurants and only 10 minute walk to Ocean Drive. We were very lucky and able to park onsite which was a bonus. When we visit Miami again, will definitely book this place again. Helen & Wayne 😀 x

Breakfast quality was excellent as it’s cook on request but can order once only.
Staff don’t know English and manager wasn’t available at checkout time and charged more than booking amount and message and call but don’t reply in that matter.
Parking was available on property and safe.

I booked the room the morning of my stay. By the time my flight landed, I'd received a message saying that my booking was no longer valid and I would be refunded. I spent an hour on the phone with Expedia And trying to contact the office where the room was while sitting at the airport. Not knowing where I was going or if the room was even going to be available. Finally. Expedia confirmed that whoever sent me the message was incorrect and that I could go ahead and travel to the room. When I arrived They did let me check in 2 hours early because they had a room clean and available. The room was nice and it was a walkable area. I don't know what the mix-up was in the beginning, but the rest of the trip turned out well
