I am extremely disappointed with my stay. The hallways remained dirty, with trash accumulating for 2–3 days at a time. Room service was not provided for 6 days, and despite multiple requests, we were unable to obtain clean towels for my elderly parents .
Our first room had a broken air conditioning unit. When I requested a room change, I was told that no other rooms were available until the following day. However, after contacting Expedia, another room suddenly became available. Unfortunately, the replacement room was no better—the air conditioning unit was missing its front cover and leaked dirty water directly onto our faces and heads while we slept each night.
I have since developed a respiratory infection and am currently taking antibiotics, which I believe may be related to prolonged exposure to contaminated water and poor air quality from the malfunctioning air conditioning unit.
The only positive aspect of this experience was the staff at the front desk, maintenance, and room service, who were consistently polite and kind. However, it was clear they were severely understaffed, especially on weekends, when it was nearly impossible to find anyone available in the hotel.
Overall, this experience was unacceptable and fell far below reasonable standards for cleanliness, maintenance, and guest care.
