Place really fine ; there’s just an uncertain wait for the person @ the front desk when we we’re to checkout..he was more helpful @ check in as he notified us of the availability before regular check in time. I also liked that their conveniently located cafe had good brunch. We will definitely still consider this place if ever we’re back in Miami🤗👌

The pool and staff are amazing, and I really enjoyed the location. However, I stayed for 7 nights, and unfortunately, my room was not cleaned even once during my entire stay. I’m sorry to have to mention this, but I was very disappointed because I visit Miami every holiday, and this was my first time staying at this hotel. I usually stay at the same hotel every time, but it is currently undergoing renovations. I truly hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve this issue for your future guests. The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach and many restaurants, so with better housekeeping service, the overall guest experience could be much better. Thank you, and I hope to see improvements in the future.

I liked that the room was clean and that there were useful amenities, especially a mini fridge and an air conditioner that really did change room conditions to the ideal. The hotel is ideally located to shops and the beach and there are buses that will get you to other places. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the entrance is a bit too public.

The best was the location. Everything was so close. The beach is couple of minutes walk away. The reception was really nice. The hotel had a very lively restaurant. The house keeping was no where to be found. We were a group of four and survived 5 days with one towel each😂😂. However we have no complaint cos we had a lot of fun. We will surely stay here again but bring in more towels of our own.

A party of 2, we stayed at claremont hotel from May 9-14. One of the very few things that was actually good about this hotel, was its location. Right off of one of the main avenues in south beach miami, less thank 20 minutes from downtown miami, at the most 30 minutes from Little Havana district, Wynwood and Brickell, and literally a block away from the beach, the location couldnt have been more ideal.

Hotel was really cute and great location to everything even had the bus stop and free trolley pick up in front. The only downside of the property was there was no coffee pot in the room but we had a fridge and microwave.

Location is great,staff were helpful, but you get what you pay for. Room was ok but the bathroom was terrible... There was no ventilation, the floor was squishy from long term moisture damage, the bathroom walls were moldy, and it stunk like dirty socks.

I was so dissapointed with the hotel, it looked completely different from the photos and I had to look for another hotel as I couldnot stay there. I want me money back! It was smelly and dirty and for me it was impossiboe to stay!
