This was the best stay, I’ve ever encountered due to my travel complications. Melissa accommodated me and made sure I got settled in. She is excellent with her customer service she went above and beyond. Also, the view is beautiful with the balcony was a plus. Also, the breakfast in the morning was good. I will be staying here again in the near future thank you so much.

Overall it was ok. The pool area was beautiful. But apon arrival they had no air conditioning in 92 degree weather. Few floor below mine there was a sewage back up. And i guess there way of makin it up was to offer free breakfast.not to mention its been over a week and i still havent recieved my deposit back.

I always stay at Holiday Inn due to the central location. Close to malls, retail shipping, dinning etc. Its a 10 out 10 for me. Big rooms, lots of towels, coffee maker, clean and well maintained property. Helpful front desk staff

The property was clean and well kept. But the elevator was a huge inconvenience due to the Miami cup. We had to wait for stretches just to get on an elevator. It sometimes stopped on every floor.

We really enjoyed our stay . Traveled with my husband and 2 teens. Clean rooms ,very friendly staff . Loved the outdoor pool (wished it was open later) ! Restaurant/ lounge was fantastic! Very delicious food with several dinner options . Great location, easy access to many restaurants and shopping nearby . Eileen in the lounge was very nice and Riley at the desk was very helpful and sweet !

How helpful was the staff? I gave it a low score just cause tge shuttle bus driver never came out and help. 1 lady struggled to come on the bus with her bags and the driver never helped. The front desk was pretty helpful with whatever. Kitchen was very friendly.

Property was great, staff when I checked in was great (even provided early check in). What wasn't great was my last night there. Was staying with my partner and we were trying to get to sleep early cause I had to take her to the airport early morning and some guy came trying to open the door not once, but twice. Was told by my partner the first time he was at the wrong door. He still came back knocking at the door and trying to open it a few mins later. We ended up going to sleep late cause this incident pretty much stressed us out. I called the front desk and they brushed it off as something that was ok, since the guy was apparently from a different country. Wasn't amused by the situation

This property was once my favorite hotel due to its proximity to everything. I have been visiting for 20 years from Howard Johnson days however this visit was the worst of all my visits and I definitely wont be coming back. Had to change rooms 3 times to escape german roaches living in fridges and termites in cupboards with significant water damage. Tvs in rooms not working and carpets are disgusting. 1 working washing machine to serve 200 rooms and the drier steals your money and doesnt dry clothes and no one can give an answer on how to be refunded. Property has been left to run down ever since being refurbished to a Holiday Inn. Best aspect of visit were the staff, they were awesome.

The rooms were outdated the shower doesn’t get hot there was stains on the wall by the AC unit the hotel had a mold smell to it like water damage and the sitting chairs in the room were nasty looking but the breakfast was actually good and the area was clean the staff were kind as well

Hotel is a bit old but well maintained. There is a restaurant on premises which came in very handy and they serve until 11 for those coming in late. The bed was very comfortable and check in/out was easy. I would stay here again.

Swimming pool very warm!! Plus gym was super useful while I was there for ten days healing from surgery by myself. The staff was kind and accommodating. Not the fanciest but great price for the nice room you get plus the pool, restaurant, gym it’s not necessary for any more extravagance unless you’re traveling with companions. Also so many yummy places to Near by lots of beauty salons near By target a mile away. Lots in walking distance. 10/10 recommend.
