This was a really nice place to stay. Close to the main strip, close shopping stores and restaurants. My only complaint is the pool was not clean but the beach wasn’t far so that made up for that.

The location is great, two blocks off the beach, with a CVS accross the street and restaurants in all directions. There is no front desk agent, so check in and check out are through a website, which is nice but i would prefer a human in there. Overall it was a pretty good hotel for the price, would stay again 👍

Absolutely loved! Walking distance of the beach and everything. Quiet and peaceful. The beds and pillows were memory foam and of fine quality. Plenty of towels for bathing and the pool!! It was excellent and made my vacation so amazing!! Thank you kindly! Five stars!!!

Good stay for price

The only negative comment no face cloths, house keeping never washed any I had plenty of hand towels and dry towels though. Has to use hand towel as face cloth. I was worried about no front desk service but they responded right away with any concern I had by email. I will definitely be back

Very good potential, but clearly a work in progress. Excellent beds. Ease of entry, check in/out, when they were around staff was friendly. No ice, water in loby was old, persistent foul smells. No information about local services.

reasonable stay

The hotel is reasonable. The location was good, the service was friendly and the room was as clean as expected. However, I had a problem with the structure of the room: the curtain was broken, which gave a feeling of neglect. It didn't completely compromise the stay, but it is something that could easily be fixed with basic maintenance. If you are looking for something simple just to spend the night, it may be an acceptable option. I only recommend that the staff pay more attention to details to improve the guest experience.

This is an Art Deco hotel but acts more like an apt. It’s currently under construction. The room was large and you could open the windows for fresh air. Linens and bed were comfy. Staff were friendly. But don’t expect room service or house keeping daily. What makes this place great is it’s location. It’s near everything. No elevator. Area around hotel is safe but could be better kept up by the city.

The room size was great, but it wasn't the cleanest place. The downstairs area looked like it was in mid renovation. Never saw a single staff person. The supposed coffee area had nothing to offer.

OK, this is a one off for me. I’m saying that this property is great if you use the particular room that I used. It is large sunny area. It has a great views of the city and old world charm. If you were back in 1920s to 40s eras of Miami, I would definitely use this room again Again I repeat room the resort is under a renovation and I imagine will be better when it’s done

Nice location. The sink in the bathroom was always overflowing. The door pad to the apt had old batteries making it a challenge to open. The door pad to the building failed so I had my code changed.

I loved the location and the size of the room. I loved that there were enough towels in the room for my whole stay. There was a small fridge and a large sofa. The bathroom was large with a tub and shower combo and lots of counter space for all my stuff. the only issue I had was that the room was not soundproof. I heard every single step and this went on until 2 am. from the room above me, either it was rude quests or construction being done.

This property does not look like the pictures. The air conditioner was not working properly for the last couple days of our stay. Pool was open but we did not use. Location is excellent. If you are just looking for a place to crash you are good. If looking for comfort this is not for you. We stayed for 6 nights.

Very good location to oceans drive... communication was poor. The entry code given into room didnt work. No customer service at desk throughout my stay. Theres a number to call got no reply back. Had to call customer service and sort it out. Finally got into my room 6hrs later so wasnt the best start. Luckily had friend's staying down the road so went there.
