"Do not depend on the shuttle. We were told it ran every half hour on the hour and ended up waiting at the airport for an hour and a half in the middle of the night even though we called the hotel repeatedly. The hotel is less than 10 minutes away. I think the driver was off doing something else. When we arrived the desk clerk did not apologize, in fact she was annoyed with us that we were upset. The breakfast staff was wonderful, but every time we had to interact with the front desk we got the same rude attitude. This hotel is wildly busy with cruise transfers and I think they don’t care anymore."
