"AC didn't work; toilet wouldn't flush; and the 30 minute airport shuttle didn't come around for nearly 1.5 hrs...when it finally did, seats and crowded standing room only. Thankfully, an elderly woman and I held each other so we wouldn't fall. We're now married...so there is a happy ending."
