"Room was ready but needed some additional attention upon arrival. It was remedied quickly. Trouble with the TV upon arrival and then again during the football games. Staff was very responsive. Cleaning staff were friendly, thorough and accommodating. Beds were very comfortable. Ample storage. Nowhere to read a book, however. Very clean bathroom. Nice ocean view. Rooftop deck was fun. We have been returning annually to this hotel."

"We stayed at The Hugh for two nights in order to attend a wedding at Congress Hall. The location was absolutely perfect . . . we never had to get back in the car once we arrived and were happy that the car was safe in a monitored parking lot! We were able to walk from event to event without any issue. The breakfast menu was fabulous, the Ivory Room was just perfect, and John and Sandy were so very gracious, professional and accommodating. Thank you for making our first time in Cape May simply wonderful : )"

"Such a cute place to stay! A cute historic inn but updated! Room was clean and beautiful! Loved having a coffee in the porch and eating breakfast at ocean 7! All the staff were lovely and very helpful! Everything is in walking distance and having the beach passes was such a bonus!"
