There was a big selection for breakfast .and afternoon tea We enjoyed sitting in the little garden when we ate breakfast and the afternoon tea . It is ao close to the beach and Washington Street . Parking is a bit of a challenge but we managed to find a good parking spot . We walked all over . We will definitely be going back . ”

“1st time visitor to this hotel. Rooms appear to have been renovated recently and was immaculate. It was very nicely decorated with a full complement of amenities such as microwave, refrigerator and dishes/silverware which was a nice surprise. Great location as well. Only idiosyncrasy was a front desk not staffed full time & opens at 11am which makes check out a little wonky. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.”

“This is going to sound like a fake review, but it’s not. The owners were phenomenal, so helpful and friendly, and they provided anything you needed for the beach. The seating areas in the courtyard were cozy and welcoming yet were separated so all guests felt like they had their own area. “This place is great. The room was very clean and recently updated. My only complaints would be that the water pressure in the shower was a bit low and the A/C temperature wouldn't go below 70. Most days the thermostat would automatically bump the temp up to 85 midday. There is nothing worse than coming back from a day in the hot sun to a warm room in the middle of the summer. But other than that, this is a great place to stay.”

“The Adventurer exceeded our expectations. I've been going to the Crest for years, and this is by far the best place we've stayed. The rooms were big, had amazing views of the ocean, (even though we were pool side,) and very clean. The pool was amazing. Extremely clean and warm. Love that the deep end is 9 feet! The parking was easy too. Last, the location is perfect, as you're just steps away from the start of the boardwalk. This is our new go to place. Highly Recommend! ”
