The resort was clean and the staff great and very friendly. The beach grounds were wonderful and the beach staff was very attentive and set up chairs and umbrellas for the guests. Would come back again, great place!

Best hotel in wildwood ! Fantastic stay. They think of everything including a golf cart that will drive you from hotel to beach. Such a relaxing vacation. The coffee machine in the lobby was 10/10! Will be returning every year.

Pristine from the lobby to the room to the restaurant. Private beach was a plus, especially providing beach chairs. Staff were all friendly and accommodating. The room had a dehumidifier and a fresh, clean scent. Very spacious room with kitchenette with keurig, microwave, and fridge. Small balcony provided enough of an ocean view to sit and take a break between beach and dinner. Very good breakfast. Bar in the beach. Will definitely return!

The hotel was definitely overpriced for the quality of the room. The beach was beautiful, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was also good, but overall, I don’t feel the experience matched the price we paid. For the cost, I expected the room and overall quality to be much better.

The property had a very coastal feeling with lovely amenities. The beach was well maintained and easily accessible by buggy. Helpful friendly staff.The restaurants were attractive and food very good. Our only problem was with our room, the air conditioning did not work properly it was either freezing or very hot. Whenever I plugged in the hair dryer the fuse blew immediately. Seemed the circuit breaker could not handle. Overall we really enjoyed the property but the issues with our room made it a difficult 3 days.

This was our second time staying at an Icona resort, first time at the Diamond Beach location. The resort was clean and felt very safe. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our air conditioner wasn’t working well, so they moved our bags to another room for us immediately. We can’t wait to go back!

The staff was absolutely amazing: check-in employees, waiters (Bacic!!), Walt (shuttle driver), staff at the Star bar, the DJ!!!, guys setting up chairs on the beach, cleaners - everyone! Thank you! Only downside for me was the size of our bedroom and bathroom. Could be bigger especially considering the price of the Premium double suit but I guess there's not much that can be done about that.

It was off season in March so therefore many things were not open, I love this hotel. I was disappointed the bar and restaurant was not open since it was st Patrick’s day weekend, we were only there for one night but I honestly wouldn’t stay anywhere else. I love the location and the vibe of the hotel is amazing.
