“At breakfast this morning went to sit down and did not realize that the table was wobbly, so when I sat down I put my hand on the table and our food and drinks went all over the place. The staff was quick to help us clean up and tried to stabilize the table by putting folded up napkins under the legs when table should have been removed until it could be fixed.”

“For the price you pay, it is simply not a high end lodging experience. It is convenient to the park, but other than that fact, it is an unremarkable hotel. You stand in lines for everything, no coffee makers in the rooms, and the place seemed dated. Definitely understaffed. Feels like Six Flags is trying to recoup the merger expenses on the backs of guests and employees.”

“The room was clean. So all in all that was a plus. This hotel is very close to cedar point and is relatively reasonably priced. We booked here along with friends to utilize the outdoor pool area after soccer games which is beautiful. The pool was closed for no apparent reason. It looked beautiful and we called the day before just to check and they said yes it's open. So that was a huge let down.they did offer a pass to drive to hotel Breakers to use their pool. There is no breakfast at all....

“When I first arrived, the room I was assigned had not been cleaned. Beds were unmade and trash in the room that was OK because they did upgrade me to a suite however, when I got into the suite, I had a very musky fishy smell was very nauseating, but other than that, the facility and grounds were clean and well kept”

“Staff was friendly and the morning breakfast was good but shower head was nearly half a foot short than me (5'11), shower shelves not level as my shampoo bottle fell off onto my foot 4 times, the drink machines only accepted cash and 1 dollar bills with at least 1 not even working at all. But the tipping point was the fact that I noticed that after getting out of the shower and walking around in my room barefoot, the bottom of my feet started turning black from how dirty the carpet was.”

“Stay was awesome. My only suggestion to mgt is that the 1st floor back door is very loud and jaring when it closes. Can hear and feel it.in room 107 and probably beyond.”

“Check in was not pleasant, I was rushed through it, bath tub was cloaked and flooded and hand soap dispenser never worked and after reporting it wasn’t replaced. Complimentary breafast was descent”

“The bathroom hasn't been updated since the 50s. Some stains on the bedspread and lamps. It's just very old and motel-like.”
