“We booked through a 3rd party and check in was not smooth, staff member needed to call her manager, it was about 30 ish minutes before it was all sorted out. They had to re enter me in the system. Rooms are very dated and musty. View was great. Our door key did not work and after several attemps was reassigned another room. No breakfast. Parking lot was okay. Room was not the cleanest, wrappers under chair from previous travellers. Window sills were full.of dead bugs. Tv station very minimal...

“The property is in major need of renovation. Our room had old carpet in with a big torn out patch by the bed. We didn’t have a fridge and when I asked for one was told none were available despite finding out on my return home that some rooms had full size fridges. The parking lot lines had completely faded out so it was hard to guess where to park and at what angle. The room had old scratched furniture, no telephone and no housekeeping for our 3 night stay. “Our favorite place to stay while at Put in Bay! The communication prior to arrival is excellent. Check in is easy. Rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable. (We have stayed in the Port Side, Main Sail and the Stateroom) The breakfast specials have always been fresh and fabulous each time.”
