Excellent property in a very nice location. Very convenient. Room as spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was awesome and we were pleased that it was open until 9:30 am

Older motel in good condition. The room was clean and comfortable.I would stay here again. I have stayed at other older big named motel chains that were not maintained in good condition. I will definitely look for a Holiday Inn Express next time I travel.

My family and I stayed at the hotel for OCS graduation. Tonie was the absolute best. She was attentive and very welcoming to me and my family. We almost missed the breakfast one morning and the team made sure we all had something to eat. It was a busy weekend but the team was very accommodating. Glenda kept our room nice and tidy. It was a great stay!!

The hotel was clean, bed sheets were soft and comfy. Breakfast was surprisingly good,kids loved the pancakes.Overall we were happy we chose this hotel.

Best Holiday Inn Express I’ve stayed in. Spacious room, clean, nice looking lobby and hallways. Great buffet breakfast. Most courteous and pleasant staff.

Hotel did not have smart TV such an old style tv. We never watched any of our Netflix series. It has so boaring. I would not recommend anyone because does not have smart TV and nobody watch cable now a days.

Bathroom sink was clogged. Refrigerator was too noisy. Light in entry was too dim. Nice hotel. Would definitely stay again. Check in and out was completed by Alicia. Very nice and engaging.

Thank you! For the bathroom, next time we will promptly come to the room to remedy once we are alerted of the issue. For the refrigerator, there is a dial we can turn down, usually when it is turned to 3 or 4 it makes significantly less noise while still being cold. We hope to see you again!

Affordable stay in Newport
All around great and comfortable. I would suggest however housekeeping check coffee supplies in rooms if staying more than one night. We had to go to the front desk to get more.

Short Staycation
It was a great staycation. We loved the breakfast, especially tje quick pancake maker. The staff were all friendly. It was the fastest check-in I've ever experienced. The hotel was clean. The room was comfortable. The indoor pool isn't heated but my son enjoyed it.

I would definitely stay again. Everything was perfect. I love the dove soaps provided also.The front desk members were friendly and helpful. The food service was magnificent. The woman there made sure to greet everybody entering and keep the food coming. Very enjoyable hotel.

The only issue I had was that I reserved a handicap accessible room and I am not sure what they thought made that room handicap accessible other than the little notification on the door. It was a tub shower not a walk-in and no chair in it. When I called the front desk, they did bring one up but still not easy to get in and out. Other than that it was good.
