Hyatt Regency Birmingham-The Wynfrey Hotel
Bug in shower. Dirty baseboards. Bed is hard as a rock. No conditioner in shower. Only one washcloth for 3 people. Broken coffee maker. All remedies in about 15 minutes but aggravating none the less. Landline phone did not work so that is a safety issue in a hotel. Would not stay here again.

Very nice La Quinta property. Convenient to everything in a nice place to stay! Comfortable beds and pillow pillows. The room is very spacious and nice!

There was a weird smell. Self serve breakfast was a little chaotic. I didn’t prefer the tile floors beyond the first level. I prefer carpet. It’s constantly changing. The bed sheets were also stuffy.
