"Loved the quirkiness of the property. Everything was pink. Our room was decorated as a Freda room. We came to Richmond to see the Freda exhibit. The staff were extremely friendly & helpful. My only complaint was the bathroom: the stopper in the sink would not let the water drain & you had to jiggle the toilet to get the water to stop."

"The staff was very nice and helpful! There are so many things to say about how clean this hotel is - literally sparkling. It has a lot of restaurants that are an actual 2 minute drive so that was helpful since I traveled with kids. We look forward to staying here again. "
